1. Service Scope and Global Delivery

Darapet Technology operates as a premium freelancing agency specializing in high-performance digital craftsmanship. Our services encompass web development (WordPress, Shopify, Full-Stack), software engineering, data automation, and strategic digital marketing. While based in Akure, Nigeria, we serve a global clientele through virtual collaboration and real-time communication protocols.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that project timelines are estimates based on initial requirements. Any significant shifts in scope may require a formal reassessment of deliverables and compensation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Successful project execution relies on a bridge between tech and elegance. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and clear objectives. Delays in providing required information may result in corresponding shifts in delivery dates. We utilize modern live chat and automated sequences to keep you informed; we expect a similar commitment to transparency from our partners.

3. Payment and Cancellation

We maintain transparent pricing models. Projects typically require an upfront commitment followed by milestone payments. All invoices are issued in the agreed currency (USD/NGN) and are subject to the terms outlined in your specific project proposal.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly, and any non-refundable deposits will be retained to cover administrative and resource allocation costs.

4. Intellectual Property

Darapet Technology retains the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio (including the Menchhofer and GitHub showcases) unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed before project commencement. Upon final payment, the client receives full operational rights to the custom solutions developed for their specific brand.
